OCC Shoebox Dedication Service
Sunday, November 20 11:00am
Our goal this year is 600 shoeboxes!  Last year we exceeded our 500 shoebox goal by over 100.  So we should easily reach this.  But this is not nearly as important as reaching the children for whom these shoeboxes will be gifted by you.  Since COVID, the costs of everything has increased- including shipping of the shoeboxes.  One creative way of financing the $10 shipping cost is to place 40 Quarters (25c) in the pill boxes provided in the box located on the front pew in the sanctuary.  If you do not have 40 quarters, please give what you can.   Perhaps you may not be able to donate a shoebox this year, but would you please consider helping with the shipping cost?  More than anything, we especially invite your prayers:  prayers for the children who will be receiving these boxes as well as for those needed to participate in purchasing items and packing the shoeboxes.  We are excited and looking forward to seeing the children and youth proceeding down the aisle with the shoeboxes again this year for the dedication.  May God bless you as you give and contribute in so many different ways.
